Terms for customers, DSA Agents, and website visitors
These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use Radha finance pvt ltd through radhafinance.com, the Customer Panel, the DSA CRM, or a related mobile application. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the requested service.
- Customers must provide their correct name, email address, mobile number, DSA code, and other information requested for an application.
- DSA Agents must provide genuine registration and verification information and must follow the active DSA agreement and platform rules.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share your password, PIN, OTP, or secure access link.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
2. Products and services
The available catalogue may include loans, bank accounts, credit cards, Demat or trading services, insurance, taxation and compliance services, recharge, bill payment, money transfer, DMT, AePS, verification services, offers, and other services added later.
- Availability depends on brand settings, location, eligibility, provider availability, and whether a service is active or marked coming soon.
- Information shown on public pages is general guidance. It is not a loan sanction, financial advice, tax advice, insurance advice, or a guaranteed offer.
- Final eligibility, amount, rate, APR, fees, tenure, benefits, exclusions, settlement time, and approval are decided by the relevant bank, NBFC, insurer, broker, payment operator, tax professional, verification provider, or other service provider.
3. Our role and third-party providers
- Radha finance pvt ltd provides technology and service-facilitation tools. Unless clearly stated for a specific service, Radha finance pvt ltd is not the lender, bank, insurer, broker, payment network, or government authority.
- Applications may be processed through authorized channel partners, service providers, or secure third-party APIs.
- Provider names or results shown for comparison or reference do not by themselves mean a direct partnership or guaranteed acceptance.
- Before accepting a product, read the provider's Key Fact Statement, sanction letter, policy wording, schedule of charges, service terms, and privacy notice.
4. Customer Panel
The Customer Panel can allow a customer to update a profile, apply for enabled services, upload documents, view application status and journey, see permitted lender information, receive notifications, and communicate with an assigned DSA Advisor.
- A DSA code or secure referral link maps the customer account to an eligible DSA Agent.
- Saved profile information may be reused to fill later applications. You must check and correct it before submission.
- Documents, chat messages, replies, attachments, and status updates must be lawful, genuine, and relevant to the application or support request.
- Removing or hiding a product from the Customer Panel does not cancel an application already submitted.
5. DSA CRM and customer consent
- A DSA Agent may add or manage a customer only after receiving clear permission from that customer.
- The DSA Agent must not enter false data, upload altered documents, create duplicate leads, or promise guaranteed approval, rates, payout, or processing time.
- Lead actions may record who created or changed information, together with date, time, and source such as web or mobile app.
- DSA rankings, payouts, credit points, paid features, and add-ons follow the active CRM settings and separate commercial rules. Estimates are not a payment guarantee.
6. Applications, documents, and verification
- You must provide complete and accurate information and documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to submit.
- PAN, Aadhaar, bank, income, employment, business, property, insurance, tax, and other records are requested only when relevant to the chosen service.
- You authorize necessary checks and sharing for the selected service. A credit bureau check or other separately regulated check will require the consent applicable to that journey.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. A provider may request more information, reject an application, or change an offer after verification.
7. Charges, payments, credit points, and payouts
- Any platform charge, service fee, credit-point deduction, subscription price, or add-on price should be shown before the related paid action.
- Provider charges, taxes, interest, penalties, premiums, and transaction fees are controlled by the relevant provider and its final documents.
- DSA payouts are payable only for eligible, verified, and successfully completed cases under the payout chart active for the applicable period.
- Payment or credit records may be retained for reconciliation, dispute handling, audit, taxation, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
8. Messages and notifications
We may send account, security, application, document, payment, support, announcement, and service messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, in-panel notification, or phone where permitted. Essential security and transaction messages may still be sent even when optional marketing messages are disabled.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, upload malware, impersonate another person, use another person's documents without authority, interfere with a service, or use the platform for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access while investigating suspected misuse.
10. Availability and liability
- We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, network problems, third-party APIs, or provider systems can cause delay or interruption.
- To the extent allowed by law, Radha finance pvt ltd is not responsible for an independent provider's credit decision, pricing, service failure, rejection, delay, or change in terms.
- Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes, governing law, and complaints
We may update these terms when products, regulations, providers, or platform features change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Any mandatory consumer forum, regulator, ombudsman, or court right remains available to you.
