This Privacy Policy applies to Radha finance pvt ltd when you use radhafinance.com, register as a customer or DSA Agent, use the Customer Panel or DSA CRM, use a related mobile application, contact support, or request a product or service.

- Communications: chat messages, replies, attachments, email choices, announcements read, support messages, and call or WhatsApp details you choose to provide.
- Technical and security data: IP address, date and time, browser, device, operating system, app source, session, login attempts, security events, and diagnostic logs.
2. How information is collected
Information can come directly from you, from a DSA Agent acting with your permission, from a secure referral or registration link, from documents you upload, from your use of the website or app, and from a provider or authorized service partner handling your request. Where a regulated check needs separate consent, that consent should be collected in the relevant service journey.
3. How we use information
- Create, verify, secure, and support customer and DSA accounts.
- Save customer profile information and prefill it into an application selected by the customer.
- Assess basic eligibility, collect required data and documents, route a request, and display application progress.
- Connect a customer with the assigned DSA Advisor and enable chat, notifications, document requests, and support.
- Operate loans, accounts, cards, Demat or trading, insurance, taxation, recharge, bill payment, money transfer, DMT, AePS, verification, offers, and other enabled service journeys.
- Process payments, credit-point deductions, refunds where applicable, DSA payouts, reconciliation, and transaction records.
- Prevent fraud, enforce security, investigate misuse, maintain audit trails, and comply with legal obligations.
- Send essential account and service messages and, where permitted, optional product or marketing updates selected in notification settings.
5. Customer Panel and DSA CRM visibility
- A customer can see their own profile, permitted applications, documents, journey, messages, and assigned advisor information.
- The assigned DSA Agent can see and manage customer and application information needed to provide service.
- Authorized brand administrators may view account, login, activity, application, document, payment, and support records for operations, security, complaints, and audits.
- Lead journey and activity records may identify whether an action was performed by the customer, DSA Agent, employee, administrator, website, or Android app.
6. Documents, chat, and protected files
Document and chat attachments can contain sensitive information. The platform uses controlled routes and access checks so the underlying server path is not intentionally exposed in the page. Authorized users may preview or download a file when their role and application access allow it. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not upload information that is not requested.
8. Retention and deletion
- Account and profile information is kept while the account or an active service relationship requires it.
- Applications, KYC documents, payments, credit entries, tax records, chats, and audit records may be retained for an active request, fraud prevention, disputes, provider obligations, taxation, audit, or another legal requirement.
- Expired or revoked transient security logs may be removed under the platform's maintenance schedule.
- A deletion request does not require deletion of information that must be kept for a lawful purpose. Where deletion is available, access may first be restricted and linked records reviewed safely.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Subject to applicable Indian law and any valid retention requirement, you may ask for information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, completion of incomplete data, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance handling. You can update available profile and notification choices in the Customer Panel or contact us.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
- If required data or consent is withdrawn, we may be unable to continue the related account or application.
- We may verify your identity before acting on a privacy request.
10. Security and your responsibility
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control, protected file delivery, password hashing, session controls, rate limits, and activity monitoring where supported. You must use a strong password, protect your device, sign out from shared devices, and never disclose an OTP, PIN, or password to anyone claiming to provide support.
11. Age requirement and policy updates
The platform and its financial service journeys are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We may update this policy when products, providers, laws, or platform features change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date, and renewed consent may be requested where required.
12. Applicable privacy and lending standards
This policy is intended to be read with applicable Indian law and provider-specific requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework and RBI directions that apply to regulated digital lending participants.
